To redeem your watch, click on the 'Redeem' button on the watch page. You'll be prompted to fill out a form with your address. Once you complete this form, one of our agents will be in touch within 24 hours to facilitate your redemption!

Kettle's redemption fee covers the cost of shipping the watch to you, express and fully insured.
We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for users who circumvent marketplace transaction fees. These fees are crucial for us to be able to offer complimentary storage and insurance of all assets in the Kettle Vault, while still continuing to grow the platform.
The Kettle Vault is located in New York, USA. Shipments internationally may be subject to local VAT taxes and other fees.
